Hello friends, I am missing you all. I have been so busy I have not even read everyone else's blogs. I started ASU this week, and it has been awesome. School is cool!! I am getting my BA in Anthropology. Quick story... so my first class weds morning at 840 is a biological anthropology lab. The TA asked who is here out of pure enjoyment of the subject, my hand flys up, and I realize mine is the only one out of 30 peeps. BIG NERD, come to find out this class is supposed to to be one of the easier "science" classes that are required for a degree instead of chemistry or physics , well I am excited about it and need it to get into more nerdy classes about biological anthropology, and forensic anthropology, and so on. Joel has been a great support taking care of the kiddos for me. I love my hubby!!

Sorry friends, we have been moving for the past week. Just a hop skip and a jump, we are still in Mesa. Moving sucks, BIG TIME. Were did all of this stuff come from? Why do my kids have so many toys? Why do I still have 4 boxes of stuff in them that I can't find homes for? The good news is we have clean clothes, towels, dishes, and some food. Oh and ya know priorities.. internet!!

I FOUND MORE WRAPPING PAPER!!!. Well I am excited about, Joel thinks I am crazy. Today is super busy, family Christmas party tonight and I am bringing a turkey. Kennedy got to have a sleep over with her cousins, but Carter insists on helpinG with everything, including typing this [post vvbv bbbbbbbbbb thst why there are e2x0t1rai extra #'s and letters. he is very got at mk9p cracking eggs and buttering toasT. Joel and I got to go to the Temple today. His cousin Teagan took out her endowments because she leaves on her mission next month. I can't wait to have that experience when I am older. I know it will be completely different, but exciting still. A Huge thanks goes to my sister- in-law Tricia for watching the kiddos. Nixon refused his bottle and was red eyed from lots of crying but smiling from mommy when we got home. He was the only one awake, I found Kennedy and Carter asleep in my bed watching Scooby Do. Kennedy is getting so big it has gotten painful to carry her to her bed (Dads job). The time is flying by soon they'll all be to big for me to carry.

Today was busy just like the rest. I ran around looking for candy print Christmas wrapping paper. Ok let me back up. I am not the conventional planner when it come to Christmas decor. Brenda just ignore the next few statements. I don't coordinate or have a theme, I see something I like it finds a home on the tree or on a counter. But this year I have fallen in love with the candy theme on my tree, you know gum drops, cup cakes, even ice cream cone ornaments, and i ran across a role of wrapping paper that matches, but there was only one and I cant find any more, apparently that was the only one in all of AZ's walmarts. oh well. I am over it, but am learning of the Christmas tree theme obsession. Carter just can't understand what is edible and not?

Las Vegas

I just got back from a quick trip to Vegas. Those of you that don't know that is were i am from. I went up to see my Tata (grandpa) who I haven't seen in 15 yrs. I also saw my Mom and Dad. Joel and the kids had never met Tata and it was great to see him after so many years. To make a long story short when my grandma passed away my Mom and Tata had a fight, I never saw him, he found me 15 yrs later (july 2008). I got home one night and Joel , very confused says to me " some man calling himself your Tata???? with a strong European accent called looking for you. I immediately started crying, because I had no idea he was even still alive. He is turning 80 soon and travels back to Hungry at least once a year. It was so great to see him and show off my beautiful family. Every day I am reminded how important family is. If it is from reading a heart felt blog post about a boy growing up to fast, or a long awaited family reunion I am so grateful for my family, they define me, inspire me, surprise me, and drive me to be a better person.

I am so Thankful for my friends and family. Today was a great day filled with family. We had a enough food for an army, which we kinda of are. I am pretty sure everyone had fun, I did. The kids were awesome, not to much crying and no fights. I think we are remembered how much we love each other today. It felt great. As far as my family at the Dunes!! I luv you and miss you guys so much. We will see you soon. and I will be trying to feed you all left overs.

I hate shopping, no joy comes from shopping for me. Even if I get to go shopping with out my running all over the store crazy kids it still isn't fun. I keep trying, but am coming to realize I hate it. So for those of you how love to shop, want to do mine? I would rather scrub toilets.

Can I just say that I love the sand dunes and I love my quad! Last season I was pregnant with baby Nixon, but watch out this year no baby in my belly... I get to ride. I almost forgot that I love the dunes. Kids, bills, housework, school, all that stuff can make us forget the things that get us out of our skin and let us truly feel free. I think I can fly when I'm on my quad. But now we are back, and I have no fun pics because I forgot my camera. See Nikki's blog for pics from this weekend. Next time I will remember.

Ok just a quicky, because it has been a while. Nixon is getting huge, 3 months = 15lbs. Kennedy can't wait to be 6, Her cousin Brooke turned 6 last month and her other cousin Hannah turns 6 this month. Last year when everyone turned 5 she asked if we could just tell everyone she was 5. She is growing up way to fast. Carter on the other hand is a shrimp and a mama's boy, but I'm ok with that, Soking wet I think he might be 26lbs. Other then keeping up with my kids not much new to report. I need a new great book to obsess over, help please!!

WOW!!! I would love to take credit for how awesome my blog looks, but that is all Nikki. The HUGE self portrait might need to be down sized, I do love myself, maybe not that much?? Thank you Nikki!!! We had a fun family Halloween party, Kennedy was Sleeping Beauty and Carter and Nixon were skeletons. I will get those pic posted very soon.

Ok, lets try this blogging thing out. Today was started off awesome, Carter my beautiful 2 yr old son woke me up at 6am by crawling into bed with my, I luv that boy. Joel is at the sand dunes for the 2nd time this season with out me. I am a little mad because this year I get to ride (no baby in my belly). My quad has been very lonely, but there is hope for a trip in Nov. I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. I hope to see lots of Halloween pics
